    So far I really like it. This version is not available anymore in bestbuy or from HP directly so I had to get it here and I like it. I is hard to find a case that will fit is but I found one by measuring the screen. I got this computer for the price, x360, touchscreen, better processor, amazing storage and great price for all of that that I wanted.

    This purchase did not work out for me. Something about how this processor and graphics card combo works on this computer is not right. I'm not a tech person but here is what it was doing. Within 1min (literally) of getting through the set up process the screen went blue and the fan started running high speed. It ran like that for 6-8min before I forced it to turn off. Once I was able to start it again I worked with it for approximately an hour and then it did the same thing again. My work consisted of opening a web browser and some word documents...nothing serious and no games. I did the same restart and was able to work on it for a few days but when it did the same thing a third time I decided to send it back. When I was running through a factory reset I experienced the same issue several more times. I do not recommend this computer to anyone. I think that the hardware might be better in a tower then in this thin bodied laptop. Just get the Envy with the i5 or i7 they both work very well and I have no issues whatsoever.

    I received my laptop within the time Amazon said it would take. When I received it the packaging was nice! Everything was nicely placed. Nothing was missing. Getting the computer set up was fairly easy. After about a week or two I did start having problems with the face recognition though. Other than that there are no other problems. Great product. I love HP Envy!

    Purchased first time and within a week screen was showing white lines and laptop would randomly shutdown. Sent it back, paid a ton, got another one. This one is doing the same and keeps crashing and saying recovery not available. Was too late to resend this one as the one month warranty was up. It's been 5 months now and it's doing the same thing. Sometimes the screen goes black and I would hear a really loud high pitched screech. Would have to hold down the power button to shut off and sometimes it won't come on when I try to put it on. Sometimes screen won't rotate and also touchscreen just randomly stops working. The money isn't worth the trouble I'm having, although the laptop works ok minus the ridiculous glitches.
