breath properly during sleep or short breaths during sleep you have
obstructive sleep apnea. Obesity may be the reason for this disorder.
Dr. Mark Brown of the University of Arizona College of
Medicine in Tucson says people with obstructive sleep apnea gains more
weight.

Central: 0.4% of
patients come with this type of discomfort. Breathing is interrupted in
this form.
Obstructive: 84%
patients represent this disorder. Breathing is interrupted by physical
block despite respiratory effort
Complex: 15%
of patients complain of this complex disorder. Both above feature are
present in this disorder.
